Feel free to substitute some may prefer to follow along with their church's reading plan, though you'll need to make adjustments to exam questions. Exams have not been updated to reflect these readings, but that will happen soon (before the 2023-2024 school year). Years 7-12 follow a loosely-chronological plan that goes through the entire Bible, Old and New Testament, repeating the Psalms once, and going through Proverbs three times. Years 1-6 go through Genesis, Moses, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, Samuel, the Kings, the prophets, and Israel's exile, focusing on episodic stories. The schedule was updated in order to have all of the AO community (regular years as well as Groups) on the same schedule. These Bible readings are scheduled in AO's weekly schedules from Years 1-12 as well as AO for Groups.
